Fleetwood

Fleetwood

Visit Fleetwood and you’ll feel like you’ve arrived at a true Victorian treasure. Its traditional charm will wash over you as you relax into the easy-paced way of life. The view out over Morecambe Bay is stunning, even better if you climb to the top of Rossall Point Observation Tower.

We have been busy with millions of pounds of new investment, and the scenery is changing by the day. Hot on the heels of the transformation of Marine Hall theatre and its sculptured gardens comes a variety of improvement schemes to restore key seafront landmarks and create new attractions for this iconic, traditional promenade venue.

We have also added a skate bowl and splash park, along with an inclusive, disabled access, soft play area. All are free to use and fun for all the family. The beautiful Euston Park has re-opened, following a refurbishment, while a two year project to restore Memorial Park to its former First World War glory was completed this summer.

Fancy a spot of shopping on your visit? Freeport Fleetwood Outlet Village is a shopaholic’s dream and the perfect place to pick up a bargain. Then there’s Fleetwood Market, a traditional gem with hundreds of stalls packed full of treasures. Finally, take a meander down Lord Street for some of the town’s more speciality shops.
